Wonderful
Lovely room, great staff, amazing view over lake from room and roof top bar
Pool had no sun loungers and just behind car park so not appealing to sunbath. 15-20 walk to centre but you can take taxi or bike

A comfortable stay with a nice view from the room. A courtesy staff.

The bath room is less maintained. The drainage in the shower is not flow. The toilet tissue should be a roll. Should have more varieties of breakfast such as local food.

What was the highlight of M2 Hotel Waterside
Hotel was nice, room was great, breakfast was good, the location wasn't central (need a car)
This was our first time in Phayao (Jan 2023) we didnt know what to expect and it was super quiet. Maybe tourism hadn't come back yet post-covid. M2 was at a beautiful location on the lake, but the lake is Huge and the hotel is far away from the monument or the main food market. No Grab cars were available.
The facilities were great, but the hotel was very quiet with little atmosphere. They have signs saying they proudly serve starbucks cofee. Not what we came to Thailand for but when I asked for a skinny decaf latte I got a blank look, so just asked for an Americano.
